THE WORKOUT
PUSHING THE LIMITS OF REFORMER PILATES
At DRIIP we do things a bit differently - We've combined the low impact, flexibility, mobility, and core stability from classical pilates with the dynamic power of strength training for the ultimate full body workout that is guaranteed to push you and make you sweat.
You can expect more time under tension, less time on your back, muscle focused movements, & integration of props and weights.
Our environment is curated to feel fun and fast paced with dim lighting, full angle mirrors, and upbeat music. You'll leave every class feeling energized and accomplished.
